Job description:

Prepare aircraft spares for aircraft induction.
Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand the material requirements.
Responsible for liaising with Production, Customer, Stock Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Freight forwarders to monitor and prioritise/ expedite all outstanding critical/ urgent aircraft materials required for the project.
Perform review and analysis of frequently used materials for provisioning and consignment replenishment.
Responsible for recommending Material Requirement Planning configuration setting in SAP.
Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand the material requirements during aircraft pre-induction.
Responsible for preparing material status/inventory reports for customer and production.
Support customer requests on material support and other reports when assigned.
Ad hoc material and operational improvement tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Possess good interpersonal skill and a positive attitude to handle challenging customers and resolve tense situations.
Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
