Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for an experienced Program Office Manager (f/m) to join our Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France. You will be part of a team developing the Airbus Helicopters (AH) Export Control Compliance Program, which is now in a new phase, the GECS phase (GECS stands for General Export Control System). As part of the Export Control Program team, you will be supporting the AH Export Control Program lead in all its tasks, including: - defining, deploying and drumbeating the activities, in coordination with the Airbus Group (AG) Export Control compliance Program organization, with the various AH Functions (Support & Services, Procurement, Engineering, …), and with the AH Subs and Affiliates Export Control Support team - definition, deployment and implementation of transverse export control initiatives, such as dashboards, KPIs - proposing and organizing team events and workshops on transverse issues - working with the various departments to improve efficiency and foster continuous improvement. Your challenges: You will support the Export Control Program Lead in all tasks, by: proposing strategies, roadmaps and support their implementation within the various work packages stemming out of the Project, preparing and deploying Communication and Change Management induced by the strategies and roadmaps decided, supporting the business and the Functions management, preparing (and participating as per necessary) in Metier’s routines, Steercos, Perfo reviews, support PMO tasks : building and monitoring of the budget, of dashboards and KPIs, managing Risks & Opportunities + Lessons Learnt, The mission also includes the support on Policies & Procedures (check of Business processes to meet the Export Control requirements), and on the development and the deployment of necessary new / upgrade information systems. With regards to Subsidiaries, you will coordinate with the dedicated AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control support team so that all streams of the Export Control Compliance Plan / GECS Program are cascaded worldwide, and support this team operationally as necessary. Your profile: 10 years of professional experience on Program/ Project Management Knowledge of Export Control regulations is a plus Positive experience on medium/ complex projects lead Partner & external service providers management Negotiation with internal customers Risk & Opportunity Management Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support Good team spirit and Customer orientation Good English level This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
