Job Summary: We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Exec to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and vision. You'll work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, where your creativity and adaptability will be crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Optimize and execute SEM, PPC, Paid Ads, and Display Advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and revenue growth
- Use consumer insights and human psychology to develop innovative and creative marketing tactics
- Orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels, leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Work with key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, events, partnerships, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply them to our marketing strategies
- Continuously analyze and measure campaign performance to optimize ROI and achieve set goals
- Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks delegated as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, PPC, Paid Ads, and Display Advertising
- Highly adaptable and creative, with a natural impatience for the status quo and a passion for continuous improvement
- Results and performance-driven, with a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working
- Proven ability to orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels
- Comfortable operating successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization to scale quickly
- Self-motivated with a focus on exceeding set goals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
