About The Role

  • Performs various secretarial and administrative duties to support requirements and maintain the department functions smoothly on a daily basis
  • Performs secretarial duties which require the handling of confidential and sensitive information.
  • Manages, coordinates and maintains calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, and records of communication
  • Provides business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such materials
  • Compiles reports as directed and ensures that all documentation is properly maintained
  • Coordinates and tracks department staff travel
  • Establishes a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the Department
  • Arranges required office equipment

Qualifications

About the candidate:

  • High School or Diploma with with minimum 3 yrs of Job related experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with 2yrs job related experience
  • Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook)
  • Experience with translation in Arabic/English
  • Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
