Job Description

The successful candidate will join our Pricing & Merchandising department and be part of the team to drive and optimise revenue generation for SIA through the commercial product design and pricing of global airfares and ancillaries.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Propose and constantly review airfares, fare structures and fare rules for various markets to optimise revenue
  • Advise and support SIA overseas stations on their tactical selling plans through analysis and pricing consultation
  • Perform analysis of macroeconomic environment, competitive activities, consumer behaviour and internal flight load situations
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of global airfare products, fees and ancillaries with inputs from relevant stakeholders
  • Drive the merchandising strategy for global airfare products and ancillaries

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, sales & marketing and/or project management is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a good understanding of economics and decision modelling
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and good stakeholder management skills
  • Good commercial acumen
