Requirements
Assist customers with all travel related services and customer enquiries (Inbound & Outbound)
Provide excellent and consistent customer service to ensure service quality in dealing with customers at all times.
1 - 2years Customer Service Experience
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Must have Mathematics or Geography or Travel & Tourism as a completed subject
Proven customer service and sales skills.
Good understanding of computer system and standard software.
Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
