Job Description

Customer Service - Monitor Parking Services email account and keep track of customer complaints, send complaints to service operators to investigate, respond, track, and resolve issues. Resolve complaints within established SOP. Check and respond to voicemails multiple times per day.

Invoice Processing - Prepare monthly purchase orders and process multiple invoices monthly for payment using SAP.

Review, respond to and approve applications submitted by LAWA employees in SharePoint for temporary parking program.

Type letters, reports, memoranda, create spreadsheets, and other documents.

Prepare parking validations for various LAWA departments and special events customers. Record and track validations.

Field work - Assist contract administrators conduct field evaluations to confirm compliance with contractual service requirements.

Work orders - Submit Maximo work order requests for work not covered by the parking or shuttle contracts.

Maintain inventory of office supplies, order office supplies and equipment, monitor stockroom.
