Analyst Service Level & Supplier Mgmt

To assist in the design, processes, and management of the Supply Chain Governance function.
You will be responsible to support the development and implementation of robust supplier management processes. This includes conducting due diligence on suppliers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

What you will do
 
•Analyse SITA and supplier products and ensure data integrity with known compliance programs.
•Complete reviews of key Supply Chain entities. Assist with the processing of internal and external queries relating to hardware and software within the supply chain.
•Review local purchasing transactions and validate against processes.
•Establish clear purchasing processes and guidelines that align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Regularly review local purchasing transactions to ensure they adhere to the defined processes. Verify purchase orders, contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
•Consolidate reporting data for scheduled Government reporting. Assess current tools, test failure points and suggest improvements. 
•Track and manage software license expiration data and trigger stakeholder renewal. Monitor end usage of network equipment along with internal SITA guidelines.
•Consolidate relevant data from various sources within the supply chain to generate accurate and timely reports.
•Assess the current reporting tools and systems, identify any failure points or inefficiencies, and suggest improvements for streamlined and automated reporting processes.
•Review recycling of network products and provide guidance. Work with global logistics on ad-hoc transactions to ensure compliance. 
•Collaborate with stakeholders, such as IT teams and software vendors, to manage license renewals and avoid any disruptions in the supply chain.

 

EXPEREINCE:

•1 year of experience in an international organization, preferably with supply chain/logistics experience and some technical knowledge of Network products.
•Service Management Processes- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management practices and procedures- Competent in Microsoft Office products messaging online purchasing web-conferencing systems.
•Quality Orientation: Implement inspection procedures, quality checkpoints, and testing protocols to monitor and verify compliance with quality standards.
•Data analysis: Implement processes to collect, consolidate, and integrate data from these disparate sources into a centralized data repository or data management system.
