CULTURE FUNCTION
- The role belongs to Capital Aβs Culture function, which designs, develops and supports employee engagement across all lines of business.
- Design, develop and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Custodian of Allstar employee persona and internal branding.
- Drives common employee experience across all Capital A companies, eg onboarding, growth and development, wellbeing and employee recognition.
SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with culture leads to ensure consistent employee experience across Capital A organizations and countries of operation.
- Keep employees informed through effective communication channels and platforms, ensuring transparency and timely dissemination of information.
- Support and enhance common employee experience frameworks and processes, such as onboarding, to ensure their ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement employee wellbeing programmes, initiatives, and resources to promote a healthy and thriving work environment.
- Develop and implement programmes to recognise and reward employee achievements and contributions.
- Planning and organising events and activities that foster employee engagement, team building, and a positive workplace culture.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 7 years experience with HR onboarding, training and facilitation and event management.
- Have strong analytical abilities in order to accurately assess employees' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve the organization's work environment.
- Possess skills and experience to effectively host live sessions and in-person events, including the ability to engage and captivate audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
- Strong attention to details with ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Energetic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
