The Marketing Expert B2C/B2B is responsible for coordination and implementation of regional/local marketing concepts and the local implementation of marketing campaigns and activities for Austrian, Lufthansa, SWISS (B2C) and for the Lufthansa Group Airlines and JV Partners (B2B).

Tasks

The Marketing Expert B2C/B2B is responsible for:

  • Contribute to the regional/local yearly B2C and B2B marketing plan and consult area and global marketing with local market and consumer insights
  • Develop and implement new marketing activities to support the sales strategy
  • Coordinate local Lufthansa Group partners input for central tools and platforms
  • Adapt B2C/B2C campaigns and creative assets and consult, create and approve trans creations and adaptions
  • Manage, control and report local marketing budgets, as well as handle invoicing and payment
  • Develop local language specific social media strategy
  • Coordinate and generate content concerning relevant product developments, local partnerships, corporate responsibility communication
  • Perform monthly evaluation of marketing campaigns

The ideal Marketing Expert B2C/B2B should meet the following requirements:

  • Completed university degree in business administration or a comparable course
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing or with an agency
  • Creativity, innovative spirit paired with analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with international campaigning and brand management are advantage
  • Intercultural and international competence
  • Knowledge of data analytics, digital media, brand management
  • Excellent communication skills and media skills
  • Experience in leading projects and working groups
  • Good knowledge of managing marketing budgets
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English language skills required
  • Knowledge of German language desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
