The Market Manager will be responsible for the research, planning, and development of land products, partnerships and partnership marketing activities in assigned destinations for Sun Country Airlines. This role will also assist in negotiating contracts, promotions and partnership marketing programs that ensure market competitiveness and optimize contribution.
Essential Functions
- Cultivate and manage product and service partnerships, in order to generate optimal land contribution.
- Negotiate competitive rates, contract terms and partnership marketing programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop, implement and communicate system-wide, partner-inclusive consumer and trade marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned products and partnerships.
- Work with Product Ops to ensure content is up to date and accurate.
- Compile and provide meaningful performance reporting to a variety of partners to effectively negotiate.
- Collaborate with partners and internal departments to ensure all receivables are being processed, executed and funds collected.
- Make recommendations and collaborate as appropriate to implement projects as assigned.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Minimum of two years of travel or hospitality industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusion, and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be able to travel internationally
Preferred Skills
- Product development and/or marketing experience preferred
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
