Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or statistics, Aeronautics, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or Aviation related (Aviation management, etc.) departments,
• Non or up to 2 years of experience in a relevant position is preferred,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Loves research, is open to development, follows innovations,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Candidates residing or able to reside in the Asian side of Istanbul is preferred.

In this role you will be;

• Fulfilling the duties assigned by the Risk Management Manager to ensure that all safety risk management activities, including hazard identification, safety risk analysis, safety risk assessment and safety assurance, are carried out correctly.
• Supporting the manager regarding change management activities
• Providing regular reporting on the performance of company risk management activities
• Coordinating Safety Review Board meetings
• Monitoring the effectiveness of barriers managed within the scope of safety risk management
• Following up aviation safety incidents and developments outside the company and making recommendations for integration into company processes.
• Following corrective actions and safety trends
• Documentation and regulation tracking
• Project management
• It is expected to participate in R&D activities that increase flight safety in cooperation with the European Union and/or domestic universities.
• Analysis of fatigue reports within the scope of Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) processes, evaluation of risks and extraction of analysis results, and monitoring of fatigue-related safety performance indicators.
• Carrying out the internal investigation process by collecting and analyzing incident-related information during accident, serious incident and incident investigation processes, drawing conclusions, determining the main and contributing factors and creating safety recommendations.
