Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As a Product Assurance Project Manager within the Airports Business Unit, and reporting directly to the Director of Product Assurance, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing and championing the successful execution of a diverse range of product development projects aligned to our Portfolio roadmap. In this high-paced global environment, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals, entrusted with the crucial task of meticulously planning and flawlessly delivering our portfolio product projects on time and within scope.

Your proficiency in managing geographically dispersed teams will be instrumental in fostering a harmonious collaboration across diverse backgrounds, ensuring that we achieve our goals together.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead transformative projects that industrialize our services, shaping the future of our industry.
• Work closely with our dynamic product management team & business partners to shape our product service ecosystems, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
• Bring structure and clarity to the development process, focusing on product readiness. You'll expertly manage internal and external supplier dependencies, ensuring seamless documentation and communication.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and project milestones to ensure a smooth path to success. Your role involves coordinating with key contributors, monitoring program status, and facilitating conflict resolution, fostering a harmonious working environment.
• Continuously assess project status alongside our Cross Functional Teams and stakeholders, swiftly identifying deviations and proposing effective corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Take the lead in implementing operational processes and tools, enhancing Service Delivery, Operational Management, Pricing Strategy, Reporting, Service Levels, and Billing - all critical components of our success.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers to guarantee the seamless delivery of our products. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning interfacing processes and tools for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Project Delivery Managers to coordinate MMP launches and provide comprehensive support throughout the general launch, ensuring our product reaches its full potential.
• Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you identify, assess, and quantify risks, followed by the implementation of strategic steps to mitigate these risks and bridge any organizational gaps. Your efforts will contribute to our overall success.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4 years + of working experience as a Project Manager.
• You have a track record of success in in managing multiple projects and programs of varying sizes complexities budgets and deliverables within a commercial environment.
• You have experience speaking in front of executives and senior management.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Ideally you have experience with an IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider.
