Flight Operations Compliance Officer

• Ensure that the Quality Assurance elements of the Quality System are adequately established, implemented, and maintained.
• Ensure that planning and executions of quality audits are scheduled and conducted at planned intervals and take the necessary corrective / preventive actions based on the audit’s observations.
• Provide a suitable briefing to staff about the Quality System and its functioning.
• Ensure that preventive actions and corrective actions have been maintained or re-established with required company standards.
• Ensure that all manuals are updated according to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data backup for manuals have easy and secure access .
• Ensure efficient communication with crew.

• Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills with fluency in English.
• Team Player.
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Self-motivated, organized, self-starter and dynamic.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Business administration or any related field.
