Job Description

• End to end execution of international and domestic payments with compliances. All the payments are to be
  
  

released as per decided timelines.

• Preparation and maintaining monthly payment trackers.
• Should have sound knowledge FEMA regulations.
• Responsible for strengthening and automating the processes under responsibility area.
• Well versed with Bank Reconciliation and closure of forex and GST entries.
• Maintain overall control over payments for entire vertical and supporting other team members for payment
  
  

related issues.

• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for getting timely information.
• Should have good knowledge about GST/TDS/TDC and other statutory compliances related with payments.
• Performing GST reconciliations.
• Sharing IDPMS data with banks as per assigned timelines.
• Preparation and submission of monthly MIS and schedules within assigned timelines
• Related procedures and files are maintained for the effective monitoring and functioning of the process.
• Submission of monthly reports to management for review.
• Ensure all Internal Financial Controls are adhered to on a timely basis.
• Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules & closure of all audits related issues and queries.
