On behalf of one of our main clients based in Europe we are currently hiring a MCC Controller.
Main Responsibilities
Management and monitoring of the technical status of the fleet
Coordinate technical issues with all other operational departments
Troubleshooting and corrective action plan for reported defects
Coordinate technical feedbacks from flight crew, maintenance, etc
Ensure aircraft and cabin conditions are maintained to the highest standard
Monitor fleet airworthiness during daily operations
Monitor and plan rectification of all deferred defects (including MEL’s)
Coordinate execution of work packages
Requirements
Part-66, B1 or B2 license (A320)
Good knowledge of international aviation regulation (Part-CAMO, Part-145) and of aircraft airworthiness standards
Fluent in English
Experience in a similar role
Good communcation and management skills
Ability to work under pressure
