Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Management Engineering or related departments of universities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
  • Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools
  • Advanced reporting, analysis competence, presentation skills, process and system perspective
  • Having a good level of knowledge and experience in HR reporting processes
  • High financial awareness and analytical thinking and experience in analyzing data
  • Experience in project management, project-related work, ideally in a team leader capacity
  • Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills
  • Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are strictly required


In this role you will


  • Develop and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports to the executive team to make data-based decisions (Employee Profile Analysis, Efficiency/Labor Loss Analysis, Turnover Analysis, etc.)
  • Ensuring continuous analysis of the employee analytics project to support the organization's decision-making mechanism, monitoring the actions and results with the relevant units
  • Ensuring the improvement of the employee analytics project in line with company objectives (data quality, inter-system integration, dashboard designs, etc.)
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Creation of HR KPIs to achieve digitalization and optimization goals and monitoring these processes
  • Develop and monitor digitization transformation projects, reporting and dashboard systems
