Sr Manager, HR Talent Programs for Honeywell

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading high visibility HR programs.
Own projects involving the strategic transformation of the HR function. Influence change and own HR projects that are on scope, on budget and on time to ensure return on investment to internal and external stakeholders.
Own the chartering of projects and manage execution, go-live and project closure with key internal and external stakeholders using our project management methodology.
Establish working relationships to leverage partnerships and talent.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on strategic sourcing and market mapping with focus on creation of diverse and critical/ niche talent pools.
Partner with Tech EOPs organization to introduce Honeywell Technical Resource Review (TRR) and scale to other functions within the HCE. Partner with HCE TM and Talent Acquisition teams to implement rotational programs in Technology, Product Management, and Sales.
Partner with HRLT and Talent on intern projects and deliverables; and research and recommend continuous improvement on how to support the Honeywell culture and innovative projects.

40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s* degree or foreign equivalent in International Business, Human Resources Management, or related field and three (3) years of experience.
Full term of experience must be within the HR or Talent Management organization. Must have 3 years of experience in the following: working in complex highly matrixed regional and/or global organization; working with large scale organization development projects and people management challenges; driving results in a global HR environment; and with global HR practices, legislation and employment cultures.
Must possess two (2) years of experience managing global programs. * In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept two years of employment experience.
Up to 5% international and domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.
