Job Description:
MISSION
Within the Customer Services Department under the responsibility of the Spares Business Unit you will manage the Spares business profitability & contracts in achieving department goals for Turnover and Margin.
ACTIVITIES
In the context of your mission, you will lead the Spares Profitability team and the following domains.
Drive Spare Parts Turnover & Margin
Lead pricing and costing initiatives developing strategies, business development with the aim to improve turnover and margin for the Spare Parts business
Create meaningful analyses across the business in order to develop and maintain insightful and validated strategies that drive business performance
Define and identify strategic P/N to launch ad-hoc sales campaigns
Capitalise on the return of experience from the sales team to better capture future sales opportunities
Develop Spares Business
Administer Spares Agreements ensuring control of the contracts signed and ensuring timely communication on the results and progress of each.
Drive digital & marketing initiatives to improve and make lean the Spares business
Support commercial teams in their spares offers ensuring worldwide coherence to the offers provided
Lead multiple projects for the Spares business development.
Control & Implement Spare Pricing & Spares contract
Preparation and implementation of the annual sales price catalogue as well as ad-hoc request
Control & Implement prices for 50k+ Spare prices as well as monitoring margins
Monitor and reconciliate Spares Fix Price Contracts
Challenge and control portfolio cost base
Ensure ATR sale prices are in line with the market
Team Management
Manage a team of 4 FTE
PROFILE
You have acquired a Bac+5 in business subjects such as Procurement or Sales/Marketing
You are able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in and manage a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to capture and synthesise data
- Familiarity with managing complex and detailed databases
- Awareness and knowledge of pricing strategies and margin elements linked to accounting
- You are at ease with the Microsoft office pack and have advanced skills in particular in Excel
- An advanced level of French and English are necessary for this position
- Previous experience in SAP would be a plus
