What you will be doing
- You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a #AGGP2024 – Graduate Data Analytics and Governance and can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading data governance activities at Airbus Helicopters North America (AHNA) in alignment with the group-, division-, and subsidiary-wide digital transformation and data protection objectives Ensuring that the expected value of data management, as well as function and business needs, is met by protecting data, ensuring compliance, and promoting its usage Focus on standardizing data, maintaining the technical infrastructure supporting data, and improving data quality at AHNA Empower a culture change that encourages a value-driven approach to data sharing and data usage at the company
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission.
At the end of the 2 year development program you will be fully equipped to be a key player as Data Governance Manager.
What we look for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Program, you will need to demonstrate you have:
- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of data management, data analytics, information technology, project management, or similar experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
What you will need to apply

- Degree required: Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) or Graduate (Master’s) Degree in data management, data analytics, information technology, project management, business improvement, industrial engineering, or strategy
Specific experience or interests:
- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- 0 - 3 years of experience in data analytics, visualizations, and data manipulation
- Experience coordinating, maintaining, and/or monitoring project progress/schedule/resources
- Experience with analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, AppSheet, etc.), a plus
- Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency
- Authorized to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship
- US person under ITAR standards (i.e. US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, etc.) required
- Up to 20% domestic/international travel may be required
Physical Requirements:
- Onsite: Hybrid (on-site or remote working per job demands)
- Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings on a daily basis
- Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms on a daily basis
- Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications on a daily basis
- Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment on a daily basis
- Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs on a daily basis
- Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs on a daily basis
- Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment occasionally
- Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on a daily basis
- Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving on a daily basis.
- Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor on a daily basis
- Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice on occasion
- Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces on a daily basis
- Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site
Salary: $70.000 - $80.000
