What you will be doing
You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be part of the A220 Quality In Service team, and can expect to be involved in the following:
Lead a multifunctional team to consolidate the end-to-end investigations of Quality events affecting the customers operations, and be the Voice of Quality to share the conclusions and corrective actions with the AIRBUS team interacting with the airlines.
Step back and analyse the feedbacks received from the A220 customers regarding Quality, then propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Quality level of the delivered aircraft.
During this time, you will acquire a strong knowledge of the AIRBUS digital platforms (including Skywise), making the most of AIRBUS available data to better detect A220 Quality escapes, with the aim to protect A220 customers and enhance their satisfaction.
You will develop your communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment, creating connections with AIRBUS interfaces in Europe, sharing best practices and ensuring a consistent customer experience for all AIRBUS fleets.
In the frame of your development pathway, you will be given the opportunity to create your AIRBUS worldwide network, which is a key asset to pave the way to the excellence.
At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player in the A220 Quality Front Office.
What we look for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
Salary: $68,675 - $77,900
