What you will be doing
You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Industrial Architectand can expect to be involved in the following environment: Rear End fuselage Industrial Systems Architecture in Airbus Operations SL on Getafe Site supporting the Rear end fuselage Industrial Architect role.
The role of the Industrial Architect is to deliver an optimized Industrial System Concept to meet the expected performances, through special studies, analysis and trade-offs.
In this role, you will work in tight coordination with Industrial Technology experts and other Industrial Architects,
We bring experience and knowledge, to drive the formulation, challenge and validation of the requirements, the V&V plan including concept demonstrators, the cascade of all the associated requirements for the detailed Industrial System definition.
1.You will work more specifically to secure the consideration of industrial aspects in the Aircraft definition and manage the design of the Industrial System in synchronization with the Aircraft design, increasing maturity throughout early development. For this, we are required on request to participate in Design and Development reviews, studies and task Forces.
2.You will be involved in the new Aircraft Projects and Programmes, including derivatives, and major modifications of an existing Aircraft Programme or an existing Industrial System as step change.
3.The aircraft assembly lines of the future are based on Industry 4.0 philosophy, relying on automated manufacturing processes, the monitoring and control of the industrial processes interconnected all along the build process. All the data gathered will be used to ensure, robust & improve the industrial processes.
You will support the definition and validation of the data architecture of the related system, by defining the data continuity strategy for the associated industrial mean.
4. In particular you will support the definition of the data acquisition strategy, data analysis, communication to the rest of the system and decision taking of the systems related to the industrial capabilities associated to the manufacturing of the rear end fuselage components.
5.The aircraft Rear End fuselage.
To ensure the industrial system concepts, you will support several activities with Digital Tools and Simulations of the industrial lines.
6. Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission.
At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as Industrial Architect
What we look for
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study - Industrial Engineer
Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Manufacturing and Industrialization
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
Salary: €32,240 - €45,130
