Hypersonic Strike Programs Supply Chain: This position is part of the Headquarters Global Supply Chain Summer Intern program and will be assigned to the Space Systems Business Area. Candidates will have an opportunity to make a meaningful and immediate impact on some of the most exciting space programs that Lockheed Martin has to offer. The intern will work closely with the Supply Chain Management team and in a cross-functional team that includes interfacing with organizations such as Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Legal in support of Hypersonic Strike Programs that includes Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS), Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW), and other associated program objectives. Gain experience and knowledge of subcontract administration activities and working with suppliers (e.g. requests for proposal, proposal evaluations, supplier negotiations, supplier payments, contract execution and closeout).
NOTE - Candidates applying for this position must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that demands strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an
accredited college or university in Supply Chain
Management, Business, Finance, Mathematics or
Engineering.
• Applicant should have a strong desire to
become a Supply Chain professional, with
proficiency in MS Office and data
analysis/reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Applicants need to work well with numbers,
data, and units of measure. Organization skills,
attention to detail, effective communication skills
(written and oral), and ability to multitask in a
dynamic environment are a must.

verbal, and presentation) skills
• Ability to interface with various levels across
the organization
• Self-motivated; comfortable voicing opinion
and seeking out resources
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $48,776 - $56,056 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
