Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Commerce Executive to drive the growth of our aviation marketplace named AEROTRADE and contribute to the expansion of our digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for a professional with an e-commerce or marketplace background, financial understanding, and a passion for innovation. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless product development, explore new revenue streams, and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation and execution of AEROTRADE strategies in alignment with business goals.
Explore innovative features and strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Experiment with new business models to uncover potential revenue sources.
Assist in communicating the AEROTRADE agenda to stakeholders, rallying support, and securing resources.
Support the creation of timely and accurate reports on strategic plans, project progress, and KPI performance.
Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate transaction recording and financial compliance.
Assist in executing business strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
Analyze data to provide insights into key drivers impacting the business.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional value and service.
Foster relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and digital growth.
Contribute to maintaining risk management protocols and compliance standards.
Support AEROTRADE contract management and compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining streamlined procedures, processes, and reports for AEROTRADE operations.
Collaborate with fellow AEROTRADE team members, motivating and supporting each other to achieve excellence in your respective roles.
Work closely with Product Development, Digital Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing teams to integrate AEROTRADE strategies and expand our digital offerings.
Participate in exploring opportunities for product and market expansion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, E-commerce, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of Experience in e-commerce, finance, or related domains, will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated involvement in successful digital and innovation strategies.
Familiarity with financial concepts, revenue generation, and compliance.
Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Enthusiasm for innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to change.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality service.
Basic understanding of digital systems and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
