Responsibilities - your mission
The jobholder will be responsible to secure all the corrective actions required from the deployment of the Airbus System Control framework (ITGC).
The ITGC Support consultant is responsible for evaluating ITGC controls design and effectiveness to support financial reporting and operating procedures. The responsibility also includes the coordination of control design and implementation in conjunction with the IT Internal Controls Manager, Financial Internal Controls team and other IT managers.
The support activities cover:
Cleansing of user authorizations
Deployment of ITGC tool solutions
Reviewing the implication of ITGC controls
For SAP and Non-SAP platforms
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Deployment
Planning, coordinating, and executing the IT related controls
Design and testing of the ITGC framework
Provide guidance on implementation of IT General Controls
In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solution
Functional Support requests
Cleansing of users authorizations
Cleansing of generic accounts
Perform monitoring and testing of IT General Controls
Report on securitisation of corrective controls
Review and mitigate IT General Controls for:
The accounts of leavers must be deactivated max. one month after their departure.
IT critical transactions are isolated into special accesses and privileges accounts must be limited, used in the frame of standard procedures and regularly reviewed.
Special settings are required for password management.
Physical access to Data Centers must be controlled
For these tasks, the jobholder will:
Prioritize the topics in connection with the System Control leader responsible in Headquarter
Perform proper planning to execute the required test steps by established deadlines with minimal supervision
Make recommendations and implement updates to documentation
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Degree or first experience in Finance / IT
Profile: Graduate to 2 years of experience
IT Audit experience an in-depth understanding of the Oracle and SAP ERP environments
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner
Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Customer oriented and team spirit
Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
Language Skills: Negotiation level in English
Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
