Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Insurance Back office manager (f/m) to join our Insurance Risk Management department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing Insurance schemes protecting Airbus worldwide. As part of the Aviation and Airbus Commercial Insurance team, you will be involved in the Back office and IT activities.

Your challenges:
Request and compilation of the renewal data for the Airbus’ Aviation Insurance program.
Preparation and verification of the allocation premiums sheets, worldwide.
Sending invoices and tracking payments in connection with Airbus’ insurers, brokers and Accounting department in a complex system.
Calculation of taxes and commissions.
Follow-up of the invoices for the other insurance lines by Airbus Commercial entities.
Management of the Insurance Certificates and follow-up.
Claims management.
Claims statistics
Preparation of documents at the request of Governmental Authorities.
Various administrative follow-up.
Support to the new IT tool implementation.
Your boarding pass:
3 years minimum expérience in Project Management, Reporting, Statistics management or Financial Controlling.
Technical expertise : IT agility ( Excel, Google sheets, others,...)
Agility with the statistics calculation
Knowledge in Aviation insurance would be a plus.
Language English and French professional expertise
You are a good team player, showing great flexibility.
Salary range:
