Satair - an Airbus Services Company (100% subsidiary of Airbus) is looking for a Global Sustainability Manager (d/f/m)to join our Workplace, Environment Health & Safety team in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel at the earliest possible start date.
You will be working with our colleagues worldwide. We, this is the multinational team of Facility Managers, Health & Safety Experts and Sustainability Enthusiasts for Satair. In this team we are driving the transformation for a safe, healthy & sustainable workplace for all Satair colleagues.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Leading Satair to reduce its corporate carbon footprint
Detailing measures for achieving our high 5+ targets until 2030 (reduce CO2 emissions in scope 1 & 2 by 62%, energy consumption by 20%, -20% of collected waste, -50% purchased water and to absorb the impact of ramp-up) in line with Airbus ambitions in sustainability
Leading and managing sustainability projects according to Satair project management
Driving the respective transformation process actively
Working in close collaboration with Airbus & Satair colleagues seeking for improvement
Your boarding pass
Equipped with a Master Degree in Engineering and/ or Economical Psychology (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally as project manager with change experience we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
5-10 years experience in project management
Experience in measuring Carbon emissions
Knowledge of ISO 14001
Knowledge in reducing environmental impact
High learning ability
High Customer orientation and responsiveness
Capacity to challenge and influence
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
English on Negotiation level; other language skills would be a plus
