Senior Executive, Strategic Partnership & Events

Manager, Partnership & Events
Role Purpose
Accountable for supporting and executing the plan of business growth by proactively developing and managing high-impact strategic partnerships as well as orchestrating compelling events that create valuable opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Accountability
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners to expand the company's reach and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners, including negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Assist and support manager in planning and executing all marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Organize, plan, and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, and seminars, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content, including presentations, panels, and workshops.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop event marketing materials, such as invitations, brochures, and online promotions.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of partnerships and events, including ROI, lead generation, and brand exposure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership and event opportunities.
- Assist Manager in delivering report after each campaign to monitor and to learn best practices for the upcoming campaigns.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in related industry and event planning
Area of Experience
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development and event planning
- Knowledge of event planning and management best practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and event management software
- Expertise in market research and analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
