Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Resource Planner. In this role, you will be expected to respond to customer and field-level resource inquiries and consistently interface with internal and external customers. The applicant will be required to convey to leadership project status / needs / risks for various MUO related activities and processes. The applicant will review Program Planning Package Documents and Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs) and provide support to various stakeholders as required. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of detail for data mining to process technical data requirements using Product Data Manager (PDM) and all JSF Data Libraries to support aircraft modifications in the field. Applicant will also be responsible for coordination and data collection for monthly Hot Wash from the AMMM (C-130, P-3), F-16, F-22, F-35 & U-2 aircraft communities and facilitate monthly presentations to senior management and external stakeholders. Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business or Engineering discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience level standard office software tools / solutions e.g., especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Experience building and maintaining relationships, collaborating with others, engaging in constructive conflict, and managing interpersonal dynamics.
• Patience and a Self-starting mindset, who doesn’t mind repetitive tasks.
• Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:• Product Data Management (PDM) experience.
• Joint Defense Library (JDL) experience
• CAM / Basic financial and business acumen.
• Strong decision making, judgment, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge or greater of aircraft and aircraft systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
