Qualification / Experience:

B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering) Regular only. 2 to 4 year in Manufacturing Engineering (Preferably Aerospace Domain). Additionally, Engineering Design experience preferred. Experience in ERP, CAD tools (ProE, CATIA, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM Tools. Experience in Lean Tool such as 5S, RRCA, FMEA, VSM, Kaizen, etc Experience in process improvement through Lean. Technical Presentation/documentation, problem solving, interpersonal skills. Experience in communicating with global work force.

Job Description:

Establish manufacturing processes to produce high quality products at most efficient methods in lean way. Tech data creation and maintain such as PFD, layout, WI, BOM and routing. Develop new non product supplier for automation and smart factory. Design plant and cell layout with the thinking of reducing manufacturing wastes. Develop documentation and procedures in support of production processes and requirements. Investigate production technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions using Root cause analysis. Provide technical support for safety and ergonomics within the area. Should have technical expertise to plan, design and implement manufacturing processes for assembly and testing. Work closely with production tooling requirements and make available them for manufacturing and validation. Should be a good team player with keen in learning new things and should work on stretched goals. Hands on experience in implementing Manufacturing techniques like Lean manufacturing, Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management (TQM) is preferred. Ensure compliance with environmental policies including hazardous waste management regulations. Continually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within cell/area. Interaction with Customer/counterpart on technical issues, projects on weekly basis Day today interaction with inter-departments such as EHS, Finance, Design, stores, planning etc. Ready to work in around the clock shift operations.
