Job Description

Assistant Manager – Induction and Behavioral Training

Role Requirement

To deliver Induction programs for new joiners and behavioral programs to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering our flagship Induction program for our new joiners
  • Work continuously to improve the content of the program and experience of participants
  • Quality the requests for learning interventions through learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business
  • Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements
  • Design, develop and deliver behavioral programs with outcome-based learning
  • Passionate about delivery of training programs (18 days a month of delivery)
  • Keep track of innovative and technologically advanced methods in L&D space
  • Maintain training records (e.g. Training Calendar , trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process
  • Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions

  • ifly leadership team, other teams like Customer Service, Content, Poise and Communication
  • Business / vertical heads and L1 and L2 managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream. A master’s degree in HR, Talent/Organizational Development or Psychology, Project management certification, knowledge on design methodologies and instructional design will be an added advantage
  • Flexible to travel frequently
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management
  • Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness
  • Team Management skills

Other Details

  • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
  • Travel Requirement: Frequent (up to 40%)

Note: The job requires working as per the roster and will have rotational weekly offs. Weekend working may be required as per the roster
