Ensure all content reflects the airline's voice and adheres to our brand standards.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to create cohesive and informative messages.
Monitor and respond to feedback to improve the clarity and effectiveness of communications.
Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate new communication techniques as appropriate.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications or writing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in content management systems and digital communication tools.
