Tasks

Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies and innovation at LHG, working towards the objective of crafting a friction less a unified digital payment experience across all LH Group customer interactions. In Parallel ensure the continuous PCI DSS Compliance and Certification.

• Lead & coordinate digital payment projects and solutions towards the future payment architecture of Lufthansa Group in a Business Analyst role
• Solution design and lead of technical implementation projects for new payment related processes
• Performing business analysis tasks within agile Payment Development Value Stream
• Maintain PCI DSS control and governance system while incorporating business needs and the Lufthansa Group IT Security framework, architecture and strategy
• Initiate regular performance of audits and ensure timely closing of relevant gaps
• Maintain a competence center for all PCI DSS related questions and maintain company-wide relevant communication and training
• Monitor requirement changes of the PCI DSS standards

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Finance
• Project management experience preferably IT
• Conceptual capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Business / IT alignment, i. e. integration of payment solutions
• Broad expertise in commercial aviation processes
• Expert knowledge of payment solutions and Payment Eco System (e. g. background in finance/banking industry)
• Solution oriented approach
• Willingness to work in a virtual working environment over different locations and teams
