IT Technical Support Analyst

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the IT Technical Support for Spain but with possible travel to other Menzies European sites. You play an important hands-on role in the European IT Support team to support our overall Aviation Ground and Cargo Handling businesses in Spain (Europe), both on current locations and new businesses that may be acquired abroad.

What You Will Be Doing

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• monitor and maintain user's computer systems and networks.
• Ensure personal computer systems are running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Have excellent network experience (Be able run network commands on PC and Laptops for trouble shooting).
• Must be capable of installing Network devices (Routers, Switches) as well as patching data points
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven analytical and IT Troubleshooting Skills that cover (but not limited to)
• Networking (Hardware installation – Routers & Switches), MS Windows and office 365 support, Printer setup and troubleshooting. Lan / Wan support
• Communication – Ability to communicate effectively and successfully at all levels in the organization and able to build positive working relationships.
• Problem solving – Quickly understanding the business with proven ability to identify, address and communicate issues and/or areas of improvement, proposing solutions and commit to correction.
• Data Management - Ability to summarize and present key information from big data.
