Talent Acquisition Operations Manager (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

The role of Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will focus on providing the Talent Acquisition function with the creation of organizational efficiencies/improvements, including technology recommendations, and documentation of standardized critical processes. You will partner with Recruiting Management, Recruiters and Leaders throughout the organization to give structure and transparency to the Recruiting function. You will standardize the candidate experience, ensure the effectiveness of our processes, and continually drive performance and advocate for our business. The candidate for this position is methodical, data-driven, and passionate about Talent Acquisition and technology.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Optimize Talent Acquisition programs by assessing program/workflow strengths, identifying areas of improvement, determining key requirements, evaluating risks and opportunities, gathering data and feedback, and enhancing processes.
  • Provide an initial audit and continuous improvement of all job board management tools, including an audit of all external job postings for consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Proactively manage the recruiting tech stack and make recommendations to support continuous improvement from a resource perspective.
  • Research, identify and incorporate external leading best practices, innovations, and trends into design of talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness solutions to support business growth.
  • Partner with Recruiting Managers on standardized candidate communication strategies that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Analyst, Senior to improve upon recruiting data integrity and accessibility.
  • Create presentation, operational support materials, and process documents to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's in Human Resources or Business Administration

  • 6+ years of cumulative experience in Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or equivalent operational experience.
  • Experience working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced abilities in Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of modern Applicant Tracking Systemsand Talent Acquisition technology.
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting & talent pipelining.
  • Proven ability to successfully work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals.
  • Advanced abilities in Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS reporting tools.
