We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of driving growth and satisfaction among key clientele.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and duties may include the following:

  • Comprehensive preparation of contract negotiations in close cooperation with the Account Steering Expert. Negotiate contracts with existing corporate accounts, agencies & TMCs with clear focus on revenue quality & growth of business
  • Negotiate complex contracts with high potential / high volume companies identified / developed via the New Business & SME Manager
  • Implementing Sales Product Solutions in close cooperation with the Market Offer Coordinator function
  • Coordinate the implementation of new distribution solutions for high potential agency or corporate accounts, acting as interface between the customer & the Distribution Experts teams
  • Arrange & prepare comprehensive customer visits based on sales visit preparations by the Account Steering Expert
  • All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

The ideal Account Manager must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years working experience in Account Management or equivalent Sales Experience required
  • English language required
  • German language desirable
  • Computer skills as user
  • Excellent business sence
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Excellent reasoning ability
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent adaptability
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Willingness to travel
