Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, and Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 4+ years experience in aviation
• Knowledgeable in aviation regulations
• Familiar with document and report preparation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking, result, and solution-oriented approaches
• High job motivation and interest and attention to detail
• Team-oriented and open to continuous progress
• Capable of taking responsibility, making a decision, and implementing
• May take initiative when required
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Should be able to travel and work abroad when required
• Residing or may reside in Antalya
• Able to work in shifts

In this role you will

• The Short-Term Planning Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the fleet is maintained and airworthy at all times through the effective management of work order packages for line and unscheduled maintenance.
• To plan maintenance activities continuously against the available capacity to maximize aircraft availability,
• To check work packages and determine all needs such as Material, tool, facility, ground time etc.
• To optimize short-term maintenance activities taking into account man-hours, ground time, and other requirements,
• Create and issue Work Package for production.
• Preparation and managing of deferred items rectification.
• Monitor the fleet's technical condition and coordinate maintenance plans, as required, with the CAMO and operations department
• Review aircraft work packages for appropriate signatories, stamps, and sign-offs, to ensure that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is carried out on time and in accordance with AMM, AMP, and all applicable regulations and report back Work Package in AMOS.
• Request and support OCC with scheduling aircraft rotations.
• To carry out necessary correspondences in case any internal or external department request
• To provide engineering support in terms of maintenance planning activities,
• Monitors all developments related to his/her field (including developments in civil aviation industry) and provides improvement suggestions to enhance the services in his/her department.
• Supporting c checks, redelivery, and sales projects
