Digital Experience Officer – Content (18 months contract)(Fresh Grad Welcome)

Role Introduction

Reports To: Digital Experience Manager – Operations

We are looking for an energetic team player to join our Content Management team. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day content update on our website, monitoring website content quality and providing advice to content authors to ensure website content meet the standards and customers’ experience across the website is aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Support content pages setup and campaign pages setup in Content Management System (CMS)
• Monitor and review website content quality, ensuring it is compliant, consistent and accurate.
• Collate and share best practices of content management and ensure proper usage of CMS by users
• Support content update during service disruptions
• Support testing and roll-out of website enhancements
• Provide ad-hoc support to CMS usage matters
  
  

Requirements

• An university degree in Business, Computer Science or related subjects
• 1-2 year(s) of experience would be a plus
• Knowledge of content management concepts, best practices and standards of website development and maintenance is beneficial
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility would be advantageous
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, attention to details
• Passionate in continuous improvement and quality assurance
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
