Responsibilities

  • Perform timely check on quality standards of in-flight services and report service delivery performance
  • Assist Manager QA in the implementation of Quality Assurance Scheme
  • Collect, consolidate, present feedback / comments from customer survey and complaint cases as a basis for sections concerned to develop service enhancement plan
  • IOSA Audit - Cooperate with Corporate Safety Department to complete IOSA audit for Service Delivery
  • Produce KPI and statistics reports for service performance review by management
  • Update Service Delivery Departmental Manual and Quality Assurance Procedures
  • Prepare and update safety report / safety meeting materials on monthly basis
