Supervisor, Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
- Perform timely check on quality standards of in-flight services and report service delivery performance
- Assist Manager QA in the implementation of Quality Assurance Scheme
- Collect, consolidate, present feedback / comments from customer survey and complaint cases as a basis for sections concerned to develop service enhancement plan
- IOSA Audit - Cooperate with Corporate Safety Department to complete IOSA audit for Service Delivery
- Produce KPI and statistics reports for service performance review by management
- Update Service Delivery Departmental Manual and Quality Assurance Procedures
- Prepare and update safety report / safety meeting materials on monthly basis
