Job Description

Resource Management and Recruitment:

  • Qualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the business to ensure the appropriate level of recruitment and mobility (Resource Review, Competence Management, headcount planning, staffing, etc.).
  • Ensuring that learning and training/development actions are implemented on time, within budget, and with high quality, including managing the training budget.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and managing the hiring process using internal and external tools.
  • Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans by facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization (using Workday).
  • Managing visa and work permits for all foreign employees.
  • Actively participating in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and analyzing results from exit interviews.

People Management

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to leaders and employees on all matters related to people management and organizational effectiveness.

Ethics & Compliance

Ensure that Airbus's Ethics and Compliance approach, as well as the respective rules and behaviors, are respected and followed by employees.

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in conducting surveys to gather employee feedback.
  • Implement appropriate retention plans and maintain employee motivation.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

Employment Marketing

Proactively create a network within the Thai aeronautic industry and universities.

HR Dashboard

  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
  • Manage employees' training records including dashboard management.
  • Generate headcount reports.
  • Generate safety reports.
  • Assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends

Health & Safety

  • Implement and monitor safety and health management systems to reduce and minimize operational impacts on safety and health.
  • Coordinate safety and health assessments, undertaking risk identification.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement through rolling out safety and health awareness campaigns and best practices.
  • Assist in achieving safety and health KPIs at the operational level.
  • Effectively manage safety projects on-site.
  • Evaluate and assess solutions for new projects to control risk and ensure legislative adherence.
  • Compile safety reports and statistics according to local and group organizational requirements.
  • Ensure all safety, health, and well-being incidents are reported, investigated, and effectively closed.
  • Conduct required internal inspections.
  • Investigate incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventative action.
  • Develop, facilitate, and present safety training material according to organizational needs.
  • Conduct safety, health, and well-being induction for new employees, contractors, contract workers, temporary staff, and visitors as necessary.
  • Ensure effectiveness of safety, health, and well-being programs for Airbus staff, contract workers, vendors, contractors, and visitors where applicable.
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to contractors/sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their work within Airbus premises.
  • Coordinate meetings required to roll out and advance the 'peoplesafety@work' project.
  • Liaise, collaborate, and align with the 'peoplesafety@work' Airbus core team. In collaboration with stakeholders, develop the 'peoplesafety@work' roadmap for 2023-2025.
  • Actively participate in well-being initiatives while liaising, collaborating, and aligning with the Airbus core team ('Well-Being @ Work').
  • Chair the Thailand Safety, Health & Well-Being Committee.
  • Ensure processes for adequate fire protection checks of equipment and conduct evacuation drills.
  • Ensure first aid responders are appointed within corporate settings and that first aid kits and personal protective equipment are appropriately maintained and available as required, complying with appropriate standards.
  • Perform other safety, health, and well-being duties as assigned.

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering (HRBP), people consulting, government relations, and onboarding.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge in Health, Safety, and Well-being.
  • Experience with Workday, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  • Possess communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Possess a good attitude, be a good team player, and be able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and Office network environment (e.g., Google Sheets).
