Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders/counterparts to develop and execute programs/projects with Synergy.
- Have broad knowledge of Avionics standards/procedures/protocols to meet customer requirements, Estimate and track project schedule and costs.
- Interfaces with US based POCs / SMEs for status & validate approach / design
- Drive individual contributing technical talent and is responsible for a team of engineers.
- Responsible for tactical/operational execution of day-to-day operations.
- Assigns technical resources to work assignments (workforce allocation).
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling responsibilities for engineers.
- Responsible for the development and technical coaching of staff.
- Responsible for conducting annual reviews, Performance discussion and regular one on one with the team.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce escapes, defects and improve project operational costs.
- Drive predictable project performance and enhance productivity.
- Achieve capability development targets as laid out in strategic development plans.
- Explore and drive growth opportunities in portfolio.
- Improve employee experience, drive retention and DE&I
- Drive process excellence and ensure compliance.
- Analysis - Demonstrates the ability to provide a logical, in-depth analysis of a problem or situation.

- MEng / MSc or BE in an Mechanical Engg or similar engineering discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience
- Significant knowledge of ARP4761/ ARP4754
- Demonstrated expertise with Windchill Quality System & CAFTA
- Demonstrated expertise in aircraft or embedded systems
- Good knowledge in reliability engineering theory
- Effective oral/written communication skills (including technical writing)
- Effective interpersonal and team skills
- Demonstrated expertise on how to prepare and present technical information to peers, to all levels of internal management, and to external customers
- Demonstrated expertise on how to coordinate several projects and complex engineering activities while balancing priorities and schedules
- Engaging in effective time management, working with a great deal of independence
- Experience with JAMA requirements management software and Confluence tool.
