Role Introduction

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Performance Manager

The Jobholder is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for supporting the Performance Team. The Admin Officer is accountable for supporting various TA Performance Team led initiatives and activities, organizing overall TA logistics and managing day to day TA data management.

This position offers a fixed-term contract until 31 Dec 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Performance team with administrative and logistic activities
  • Document and track progress of projects and initiatives
  • Follow up on any outstanding actions to ensure the deliverables are met ahead of deadline
  • Active involvement in Performance Team tasks such as documenting global end to end process, reviewing TA platforms and ensuring data integrity in the team
  • Responsible for data collation and presentation preparation of key data for activities such as periodic business and team meetings, compliance and audit requirements
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives/project deliverables with TA team and wider stakeholder group which may involve supporting with training delivery or communications surrounding new processes
  • Assist in the research and insight gathering aligned to Performance Team projects and initiatives
  • Responsible for updating relevant TA operating manuals/policies/platforms where changes are required
  • Support administrative tasks and manage logistics such as setting up meetings, meeting notes, action tracking

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with 1 - 3 years of related experience
  • With minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field
  • Good in MS Office suites (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive and high drive
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages
