Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering), Economics, Business Administration/Management, Mathematics or Statistics
• 4 + years of experience,
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative data,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good in personal organization and project management,
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on,
• Enthusiastic about new projects, digitalization, and reaching goals,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.

In this role, you will

• Proposes proactive pricing and yield management strategies
• Makes reliable decisions to optimize revenue on a given flight
• Uses strategies to generate revenue through the correct application of optimal seat allocation
• Understand the underlying factors that influence performance
• Conducts detailed market reviews, identifying potential threats and opportunities
• Analyzes the historical data on traffic and revenue to establish parameters for future fare and availability levels
• Works with sales, network planning, and marketing teams to enhance the performance of responsible markets
• Prepares reports and analyses to make decisions when necessary regarding the markets under their responsibility.
• Eager to learn and improve in-house revenue management tools
