Warehouse Team Leaders

We have some great opportunities for Warehouse Team Leaders to join us on a permanent, full-time basis at Retail Operations Distribution Centre, based in Middlewich, Cheshire.! If you would like to be part our award-winning team, we would love to hear from you!

What will you do as a Team Leader?

• Lead and support the operational performance of a team Warehouse Operatives, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met
• Instil a regular and consistent approach to coaching and development
• Manage the smooth running of the day-to-day function of your allocated area
• Monitor process and compliance and ensure high quality of work is produced
• Support the Planning and Operational Management team with managing resource effectively
• Ensure effective utilisation of Warehouse Management Systems
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and CAA and HMRC processes are adhered to at all times
• Drive a culture of positive improvement and best practice
• Support others to work in a customer and safety focused way
  
  
  

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of leading others in a logistics/distribution/warehousing environment. Previous experience of systems implementation or new site start up would be beneficial. You will be able to effectively communicate across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Numerate with an aptitude for detail, you will have the ability to manage and consider resource effectively.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake background checks including 5-year employment history and UK Criminal Record Check as well as attend a 5-day Security Training Course.
