Brand Executive (Social Media)
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Brand Marketing unit in SIA's Brand & Marketing department. He/she will be responsible for the development of content, including those requested by internal stakeholders, for all SQ social media channels. He/she will be required to coordinate with business units for accurate and appealing representation of SQ propositions and the crafting of brand character appropriate narratives to the public.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of Brand Marketing unit in SIA's Brand & Marketing department. He/she will be responsible for the development of content, including those requested by internal stakeholders, for all SQ social media channels. He/she will be required to coordinate with business units for accurate and appealing representation of SQ propositions and the crafting of brand character appropriate narratives to the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media campaign ideation and management: Lead for respective marketing activities on Paid, Owned, Earned platforms
- Management of creative agency (social media team): Conceptualise strategy and recommend campaign brief aimed at meeting social media objectives and working with agencies to execute campaigns end to end. Ensure agencies work according to briefs, and deliver on quality
- Media value-add production management: Plan, coordinate, oversee and manage brand-related value adds arising from annual media buys
- Coordination with internal social media stakeholders: Consultation with internal stakeholders (PA) on social media content before public release
- Management of stations and business units creative campaign requirements for social media: Ensure brand and creative consistency as well as quality across all territories and business units. Review appointment of and performance of stations’ social media agencies
- Production and budget management: Manage projects end-to-end, including obtaining financial approvals, tracking and monitoring budgets
- University degree, preferably with background in Communications, Media, or Design
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Make well-considered and timely decisions in work and assigned projects, while paying attention to critical details
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and highly motivated to achieve optimum results
- Possess excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
