Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at IndiGo, you will be a crucial part of our marketing team, responsible for analyzing digital marketing campaigns, developing strategies, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business results.

Job Description:

  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and report key performance metrics.
  • Generate detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content to develop effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings.
  • Share recommendations and suggestions pertaining to user flow and product, platform ,enhancements and support the same with data/analytics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics to implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
