Crane Company has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Station Supervisor on 2nd shift (2-11pm) at our Lynnwood, WA campus.
The Repair Station Supervisor will lead and direct teams of direct labor shop employees in the Repair Station. You will also plan, coordinate, train and supervise shop labor resources to achieve on time delivery of high quality, reliable repairs. Supervision includes employees with considerable variation of skills, and employees who are highly skilled within a specific area.
The ability to facilitate efficient and effective communication between shifts and to ensure that operational support requirements are addressed will be critical to succeed in this position.

Salary range: $92,310 to $111,425. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
