Job Overview And Responsibilities
Exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new best-in-class product & engineering team to create the world’s best and largest airline. You will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices including facilitate meetings, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
Serve as a servant leader for the Scrum team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality products.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog with the product owner.
Facilitate the Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and timelines.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
Continuously look for ways to improve the team's efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by identifying areas of improvement and implementing process improvements

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
6+ years hands-on industry experience in project management, ideally in an AdTech environment
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment
Lean startup mindset with an enterprise perspective to be able to both scale the technology needed for this business rapidly as well as know how to work cohesively with enterprise technology teams in United Digital Technology
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
Familiar with working within a multi-disciplined, cross-functional technical organization with matrixes reporting relationship.
