Sales Officer SEL

Position:

Sales Officer 

Report to:

Country Sales Manager, Korea

Responsibilities: 

• Generate sales revenue and achieve POS target
• Manage sales channels (Travel Agents/ OTAs/ Tour Operators/ Consolidators) and develop business cooperation with travel trades
• Accountable for Top 30 agents that contribute to 80% of the overall POS KR Revenue
• Carry out day-to-day customer service duties including but not limited to GRP inquiries handling from agencies, travel agents' request (Rules, Promotion, and Products), monitoring competitors' trend and issues both online/offline, and checking all PNRs after flight departure and recording daily Load Statistics 
• On a weekly basis, implementing regular sales visits to agencies whilst maintaining good business relationship, encouraging sales promotion, reporting weekly POS forward booking performance as well as weekly flights preload
• Prepare monthly sales reports including IIAC seat factor, waiver report, uplift figure of korea sales to sales team
• Plan monthly call 
• AFIS (After Flown Incentive Scheme) for major agencies and Flight Plan initiatives on a yearly basis
• Plan and organize tour package series with MH/ tactical campaigns and fare/ makreting promotion for travel trades 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the travel sector in korea
• Strong understanding of the Korea market and travel sector, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
• Proven track record of supporting or achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.·        
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
