Job Summary
As an Administration Logistic Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the logistical operations of our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will require a balance of organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring good communication with customers (mail + phone)
- Recording data on aircraft processing deviations
- Distribute documents and merchandise to appropriate individuals and departments
- Tracing anomalies
- Writing, processing and filing documents, entering, coding, sorting, checking and grouping department-specific data by various means (writing, typing, computer)
- Preparing files for shipment
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Supervise and explain new employees
- Welcoming drivers, directing trucks to appropriate gate
- Preparing transport documents for trucks
Qualifications and Competencies
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a keen sense of priority and responsibility
- Emphasize customer satisfaction and uphold high-quality standards
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
Personal skill base
- Hands-on and proactive
- Energetic, highly motivated, resilient and curious mind set
- Strong attention to detail in handling paperwork and documentation
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving logistical issues in a timely manner
- Competence in using logistics software and tools
